CLIFTON, NJ – At E&M Bindery, we’ve just added significant die cutting, foil stamping and embossing capabilities to our 73,000 sq.ft. facility. The highlight of these additions are three Bobst die presses, all of which are run by experienced operators. These machines are all about versatility and speed. We can perform automatic die cutting on sheet sizes up to 36” x 49”, and at speeds of up to 7,500 per hour. Substrates can range from offset stock up to 50pt. board, and we can also perform automatic stripping for easy removal of material from windows, holes and other die cut shapes. When you need quality die cutting of mounted displays or sheets with two-sided lamination, we can handle those as well!

Foil stamping can be performed on sheet sizes up to 28” x 40”, while we can perform embossing on sheets up to 36” x 49”. Our heat embossing capabilities allow us to perform multi-level embossing for the finest detail on even the most intricate designs. We can also perform combination stamping/embossing capabilities to give your projects an elegant, eye-catching finish.
